Trial License

You may be authorized to install and use zMaxOneClick™ under the 'Trial License' for a specified period of time ('Evaluation Period') for the sole purpose of evaluating zMaxOneClick in a non-production environment until the end of the Evaluation Period or thirty (30) days from download or installation. You must pay the requisite license fee and register zMaxOneClick™ with ZOOM within thirty (30)times from the first date you launch zMaxOneClick™ or zMaxOneClick™ will timeout and cease to function.

The Trial License automatically terminates upon expiration of the Evaluation Period or if You fail to comply with any term of the Agreement. At the end of the Evaluation Period or upon the request of ZOOM, whichever is earlier, you will promptly remove all vestiges of zMaxOneClick™ from your computer system, and make no further use whatsoever of zMaxOneClick™, except to the extent that may be permitted under any subsequent agreements between you and ZOOM.

Concurrent Access License

zMaxOneClick™ is never sold, only a 'Concurrent Access' license to use it is granted. 'Concurrent Access' means simultaneous access zMaxOneClick™ by logging into zMaxOneClick™ (via the zMaxOneClick™ database) regardless if the user is actively using zMaxOneClick™ or just logged in and not actively using it.  zMaxOneClick™ enforces concurrent access licensing and will limit the number of simultaneous users to the number of licenses You have purchased

When you accept the End User License Agreement and in return for the payment of the requisite license fee, you, and users under your control, are granted a limited, non exclusive, royalty–free, fully paid-up license to use zMaxOneClick up to the number of Concurrent Access licenses purchased and paid for by You.

A Concurrent Access License gives you the right to: 1) install zMaxOneClick™ on your computer and on an unlimited number of computers for employees of your company solely for the purpose of allowing "Concurrent Access" (see definition above) to zMaxOneClick™, 2) install a copy of zMaxOneClick™ database on Server or other centralized computer for network access by users, 3) make copies, up to the number of Concurrent Access licenses You have purchased, of this help file and other printed and/or electronic zMaxOneClick™ documentation, 4) make a second copy of zMaxOneClick™ for archival purposes.
