EULA is a acromyn that stands for End User License Agreement. This is the legal contract between a software developer or vendor and its end user. It specifies in detail the rights and restrictions that apply to the software use. The EULA provides definitions, a grant of license, limitations on use, a copyright notice and a limited warranty and a detailed lists of what may and may not be done with the software and its components.
