Support during the FREE trial uses is available to individuals who have downloaded, installed and registered zMaxOneClick™ on the computer before they decide to purchase it.  

'Trial' support is designed to offer answers to questions about zMaxOneClick™ features and functionality. Evaluators of zMaxOneClick™ may also request simple training and support to help them evaluate the suitability of the products for use in their business.

In depth training, answers to complex questions or questions related to the use of the product in the specific business may or may not be answered at the sole discretion of the Zoom Support team. In order for us to keep down the cost of looky-loos (non serious evaluators), we reserve the right to limit the amount of service you can receive under this plan.
