You are here - Register, Purchase and Activate > Register Process > Failed Registration
If the electronic registration fails you can continue to use zMaxOneClick™ for a total of thirty (30) times.
The registration may fail for one of two reasons:
- The ZOOM Registration Server is temporarily unavailable.
- Your computer (firewall) is blocking access to the ZOOM Registration Server.
If the electronic registration fails please refer to the Internet Access topic. If the thirty (30) day grace period runs out, you email ZOOM Support at support@zoomintegratedproducts.com or call ZOOM Technical Support at 866-711-5882.
ZOOM Support will ask you to provide the required fields from the registration form by email or by phone and will then return the activation key by email or phone.
Once your registration is successful, now you are ready to proceed to Purchase Process (if you have not purchased zMaxOneClick™) or the Activate Process (if you have purchased zMaxOneClick™).
DOOR TO KNOWLEDGE - For more detailed information on firewall and internet settings, please refer to the Internet Access topic.
