Troubleshooting - If you have any problems installing the software or with it running after installation, do the following (in the given order):

  • Read the installation instructions.
  • Make sure that the workstation configuration meets all the hardware and software requirements.
  • Make sure the workstation has security "read write" access to the program database.
  • Make sure you have followed all the installation instructions EXACTLY as written.
  • Reboot the computer
  • Write down the EXACT problem or error message(s).
  • Email support@zoomintegratedproducts.com with specific information.
  • Call Zoom Technical Support Department.
