Troubleshooting - If you have any problems installing the software or with it running after installation, do the following (in the given order):
- Read the installation instructions.
- Make sure that the workstation configuration meets all the hardware and software requirements.
- Make sure the workstation has security "read write" access to the program database.
- Make sure you have followed all the installation instructions EXACTLY as written.
- Reboot the computer
- Write down the EXACT problem or error message(s).
- Email support@zoomintegratedproducts.com with specific information.
- Call Zoom Technical Support Department.
