For security reasons, most current Windows Operating Systems - e.g. Windows XP or Vista -  requires that the user to have Administrator rights in order to install any program which modifies any system file or changes any registry setting. 

The zMaxOneClick™ installation modifies system files and changes registry setting, so you must be an Administrator to install this program.
