A Spinner looks like a text box with two arrows on the right of the box.  The text box entry field allows a numeric value to be easily entered and adjusted by the user. The user clicks on the up and down arrows to causes the value to increase and decrease respectively.  The steps by which the value is adjusted by the arrows depends on the value the area of the zMaxOneClick™ in which the spinner is located.
