Task Manager

The Task Manager is a special program that gives the user advanced control over the programs (tasks) that are running on their computer. The only time the Task Manager is used is when a program is misbehaving and cannot be shut down in the normal manner. To open the Task Manager program, hold down Ctrl-Alt-Del key or right click on the Task Bar and choose Task Manager from the right click menu.  The Task Manager allows the user to end a programs or processes.
