A suggestion issue is any idea for adding a new function or feature to the application or a a realization of a possible way of doing an existing function in a different manner.

Our experience has taught us that great software IS great because it exactly meets the special and specific business needs of the user AND it is a commercial success.  Great software is not an accident.  It is based on inventive solutions which are born from a combination of four things; 1) a intense input from users - suggestions, 2) a deep knowledge of how people work – business processes, 3) an in-depth understanding of technology and 4) flexible configuration.

Our users suggestions are very important to us and we review everyone of them.  To make it easy for you to give us your suggestions we have built suggestions into to automatic Submit Issue process which is included in all Zoom applications.
