A training issue is any comments or questions about the tutorials or classes provided by Zoom.  Our trainers make ever effort to describe how to use the application in a simple yet comprehensive and step-by-step manner. 

In addition, after each class they will attempt to answer your questions as well as give you examples of how other users solve the same issue.  However, if you find anything confusing or difficult to understand we want to you to submit a training issue as described in the Submit Issues Process.

The user needs to know how to perform a specific task or process
