Seearching the zMaxOneClick™ Online Help document often will provide the answer to your issue.  The zMaxOneClick™ help system's purpose is to provide the answers to the questions that a user would ask to understand how to use zMaxOneClick™ effectively and resolve problems and issues that may arise. It is like an extensive, organized collection of FAQs (frequently asked questions). 

To use the zMaxOneClick™ Online Help document, you don't have to go on the Internet because it is integrated directly into the zMaxOneClick™ application and the file is located on your computer disk drive.

To open online help, click the 'F1' key or navigate to Help > Help menu item and the Online Help document will open.

Click on the search tab and enter any key words related to the message or issue that you have identified.
