Once you have gathered the information about the problem and your search of the help document did not resolve your problem or answer your questions, use the 'Submit Issue' electronic preformatted form to send your issue to the Zoom Technical Support department. This is generally the fastest way to get help as the issues submitted in this manner are sent directly to the person (people) that can respond and resolve these issues via the internet.
To access the 'Submit Issue' form, navigate to Help > Submit Issue menu. Enter the information you have gathered about your problem or request in the boxes provided and click the 'Submit' button.
Your issue will be sent directly via the internet to Zoom Technical Support department and stored in the Zoom issues database to ensure follow up.
