We will respond by email or return phone call depending on the type of problem and resolution.  If you do receive a phone call instead of a email, the caller will most likely be the Zoom Affiliate who helped you install zMaxOneClick™ and trained you on how to use it.

Why does the Zoom Affiliate call instead of a Zoom Technical Support team member? We have found that because the Zoom Affiliate knows how zMaxOneClick™ was installed and configured as well as your computer and network configuration, they are the best person to work with you to most effectively solve the problem.

Of course, the Zoom Affiliate will be in contact with the Zoom Technical Support team for guidance. The Zoom Technical Support team frequently has a list of things to check and questions they want answered.  If the Zoom Affiliate cannot solve the problem or if the problem is not fixed with an update, the Zoom Affiliate will arrange an joint online meeting with a Zoom Technical Support team member.
