Email Access

If you have any kind of email spam blocking on your email system it is important that you change your settings to either make the zoom domains (@zoomintegratedproducts.com and @zoomintegratedproducts.net) both 'safe' domains.  Or, make the support and customer service emails (support@zoomintegratedproducts.com or customerservice@zoomintegratedproducts.com) to the 'safe sender' list.

There are two methods to accomplish these settings in Microsoft Outlook 2007 or higher:

The first method is to navigate to Actions > Junk Mail (as shown below). 

Choose the either Add Sender to Safe Sendor List (labeled as 1 above) or Add Sender's Domain to Safe Sender List (labeled as 2 above)

The second method is to right click on a sepcific email to access the Junk Email menu.

Then, make one of the two choices shown above.
