Navigate to 'Help' > 'Submit Issue' menu to open the 'Submit Issue' form.
Support requests and questions should be submitted using the Submit Issue form. This form is found under the help menu inside the program (as shown below).
Upon submitting a issue, you will receive a email confirming that Zoom Support has received their issue (as shown below - this example shows a the email response to a zEstimator issue).
Zoom Support will respond by email or phone usually within two business days.
