The Problem issue type should be used to report any issue which causes zMaxOneClick™ not function as intended, but where zMaxOneClick™ does NOT crash (i.e. the error handler does not display the error screen).

Sometimes a Problem issue type is minor - e.g. a filter that is not working as it should.  But, sometimes the problem is major and prevents zMaxOneClick™ from performing a main function that zMaxOneClick™ was designed to perform. If the problem is minor, then choose a priority of Low or Normal.

If the problem causes a major error, most of the time, the error handler built into the application will capture the error as a bug and show you the error screen as described in the Error Handler Opened Form section. However, even if the error handler does not trigger, if you consider the issue to be major (i.e. it has a major impact on the way that you use the program in your business), then choose a priority of High, Urgent or Immediate.
