This section describes the Fast Filter function which is accessed via the right click menu and choosing the Fast Filter item (as shown below).

The Fast Filter quickly filters the grid by a single item.  It is a 'contains' filter which means that the system will check for the entered text anywhere in the target field. 

Click on the Fast Filter item and the screen appears (as shown below).  The form contains a text box (shown as item #1 below) to enter the filter criteria.

Enter any text (shown as item #1 above) and then click the enter key or click the filter button (shown as item #2 above - the button with the funnel image). The system will immediately filter the grid by the entered text and the form will disappear. 

To cancel the filter, click on the 'X' button (shown as item #3 above).  To close the screen, click on the exit button (shown as item #4 above - the button with the door image)
