The Bug issue type is the most serious zMaxOneClick™ issue. Bugs (also called a runtime error) causes zMaxOneClick™ to suddenly quit working or crash while it is running. If all else fails, the zMaxOneClick™ Error Handler gracefully terminates zMaxOneClick™. After the crash one of four things can occur:
- zMaxOneClick™ will re-launch and work correctly in all ways. The problem is NOT reproducible.
- zMaxOneClick™ will re-launch and work correctly in all ways as long as the user does not perform the function that caused the crash. The problem IS reproducible.
- zMaxOneClick™ will re-launch and will run but has major functional problems that make it practically un-functional. The problem IS reproducible.
- zMaxOneClick™ will not re-launch or work at all. The problem IS reproducible.
The only time the Bug issue type is used is by the zMaxOneClick™ automatic error handler. The Bug issue type cannot be chosen by the user from the Issues Type combo box on the Issues Form.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUBMIT ALL ERRORS because the error information (under the View button) contains all the details about the error screen to help the Zoom developers to resolve the bug.
Click the Submit button and the issues along with the supporting detail will be automatically sent to Zoom Technical Support.
